हाँ। Talent Tree Hub का model ही यही है कि qualification कम हो तब भी practical skill सीखकर आप काम कर सकें। अलग-अलग course की eligibility थोड़ी अलग हो सकती है, जो admission के समय बता दी जाती है।
हमारे मुख्य technician courses 3 महीने के हैं। Course के अनुसार duration अलग हो सकती है, admission के समय आपको exact duration और schedule बता दिया जाता है।
Practical ही हमारा main focus है। Theory सिर्फ उतनी होती है जितनी काम समझने के लिए ज़रूरी है, बाकी समय workshop और field पर actual tools के साथ काम करना सिखाया जाता है।
फ़िलहाल Electrician, AC Technician, Plumbing Technician और Solar Panel Technician। आवश्यकता और उपलब्धता के अनुसार और भी रोज़गारपरक skill courses जोड़े जाते हैं।
Course और उससे जुड़ी certification process के अनुसार विद्यार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण/skill certification का अवसर मिल सकता है। Certificate की eligibility और प्रक्रिया course के नियमों के अनुसार होगी।
हाँ, applicable terms के अनुसार। Training के बाद योग्य विद्यार्थियों को Serviingo या अन्य संबंधित organizations/partners में उपलब्ध अवसरों के अनुसार सहायता दी जा सकती है। Job assistance का अर्थ रोज़गार के अवसरों के लिए सहायता है, नौकरी की उपलब्धता आपकी skill, performance, eligibility और vacancies पर निर्भर करेगी।
